Ok she sobbed, grabbing the CVS package from the floor and surrendering it to her hulking dad.

Ok she said, walking stiffly through the cold mist, dragging her blanket though aching puddles, and climbing wet eyed into the glistening car.

“Yes,” she said into the phone. “Ok. I know... I know.”

"Ok," she said, "Yes...Yes. Yes."

And the windshield wipers slapped and thumped, thumped and slapped.
