And still, everybody was happy doing what they did best. Enshreiko Croonruso nailed boards together. The Lovely Smelia Flowers did arithmetic. Mr. Mo Manydays taught exercises and kept memories. Every night the Kootsie Boobieans would come and listen to Enshreiko Croonruso sing. And every weekend they would watch Three Fingers Lefty, who ran the sawmill during the week, play baseball all by himself. And that was quite a sight to see.
